The coil insertion machine inserts coil and wedge simultaneously. Coil insertion is controlled by a servo motor system, and wedge insertion is driven by a variable frequency motor.
Operated and monitored via HMI control interface; capable of automatic breakdown diagnosis.
Suitable for Polyester Film wedge roll material with customizable fixed thickness and width provided by customer specifications.
Wedge feeding powered by stepping motor. Feeding length, cutting, forming, and inserting slot numbers can be precisely set.
Versatile capability: Both copper wire and aluminium wire are fully applicable.
High production efficiency: Capacity ≤25s/set (excluding auxiliary man-hours).
Superior yield rate: Primary qualification rate for copper wire ≥98.5%; after rework, qualification rate reaches ≥99.5%.
