This motor commutator is a hook type commutator with reliable installation, which has the advantages of reliable installation and reliable operation.
This hook commutator is suitable for automotive glass wiper motors. It includes a shaped filler matrix. The center hole of the shaped filler matrix is embedded with a copper bushing. The copper bushing has a central mounting hole. The commutator segments are evenly spaced on the outer circumference of the shaped filler matrix. The commutator segments include the commutator segment body, the fixed foot fixed in the embedded molding filler matrix, and the hook formed by the reverse bending of one end.
The two axial ends of the copper bush are equipped with warping locking pieces, and one end of the warping locking piece extends into the central mounting hole, and warp along the axial direction at the opposite end of the hook. The corresponding copper bushing is formed with a hollow hole at the position of the warping locking piece, and a circle of warping at equal intervals is provided at both ends of the copper bushing with curved locking pieces.
