3. Main Machine Functions & Characteristics
This coil winding machine features four winding heads and eight operation stations for optimal productivity. High efficiency is its distinctive feature. The machine automatically transfers coils into the former in an orderly fashion, making it especially suitable for high production capacity demands, high slot filling rates, and small slot opening stator coil winding.
Operations including auto skip, auto cutting, and auto indexing can be completed successively in a single cycle. Working parameters are easily configured via the Human-Machine Interface (HMI). It accommodates both continuous and discontinuous winding patterns for 2, 4, and 6 pole stator coils.
