Technical Clarification
Frequently Asked Questions: Servo Line Procurement in Prague & the EU
Key information regarding machinery conformity, installation protocols, and lifecycle support for Czech and European engineering teams.
How does Nakro verify CE conformity under EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC?
Every servo motor production line undergoes a formal risk assessment in accordance with EN ISO 12100. We design electrical control architecture around EN 60204-1, incorporating verified safety components (Sick, Pilz, or Schneider) rated for Performance Level e (PLe) and Category 4 under ISO 13849-1. Each export consignment includes the Declaration of Conformity (DoC), technical construction file summaries, CE rating plates, and complete operational manuals translated into Czech and English.
What is the standard procedure for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)?
Before shipment, FAT is conducted at our manufacturing facility using your production-grade laminations, magnet wire, and permanent magnets. We test line speed, Cpk indexes for critical dimensions, and 100% electrical insulation integrity under high continuous cycles, fully recorded for engineering sign-off. Alternatively, your technical team is welcome to inspect the machines on-site. Following delivery to your facility in the Prague industrial region, our field engineers manage SAT, aligning the equipment, commissioning safety systems, and training local operators until your targeted yield is met.
How are spare parts and ongoing technical support managed in the Czech Republic?
Our machines utilize globally available standard components—including SMC or Festo pneumatics, SKF bearings, and Schneider or Siemens electrical hardware—ensuring quick access to local replacement parts across Central Europe. Nakro also maintains stocks of wear-and-tear tooling (such as winding needles, wire guides, and inserting blades) ready for express dispatch. Remote industrial VPN gateways allow our senior software engineers to assist your maintenance team with real-time PLC diagnostics and recipe adjustments.
Can the production line interface with our internal MES or SCADA system?
Yes. Our line control systems are configured with standard industrial Ethernet topologies (PROFINET, EtherCAT, or EtherNet/IP) along with native OPC-UA server architectures. Station parameters—including press fit force vs. displacement curves, winding turn counts, wire tension, and end-of-line electrical test results—are recorded in CSV, JSON, or SQL database formats, enabling seamless integration with plant-wide traceability and MES platforms.
What payment terms and Incoterms are offered for Czech enterprise clients?
We support standard international trade terms including FOB Chinese ports, CIF European ports (Hamburg, Rotterdam, or Koper), and DAP directly to your production site in Prague or surrounding industrial parks. Accepted payment methods include structured Wire Transfer (T/T) tied to milestone sign-offs (order, FAT completion, final SAT approval) and Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) opened through reputable international banks.
